Karate is a hobby, which helps improve oneself, learn new skills, and gain confidence.  You will make many true friends and progress at the same time.  We make every effort to ensure you enjoy every lesson as Karate has a challenging learning curve..  Our concern is, if you are not enjoying your hobby, learning will be compromised.  We have many years of teaching experience, plus a sense of humour, which brings fun and enjoyment into your training.

If you are interested in learning Karate with a group that will treat you like you have always been there and not an outsider, then please email or phone me.  We cannot promise you success without your total commitment, but we promise to support you in your learning curve for as long as you wish.

We look forward to meeting you,
Sensei Vernon Keens, Groups Senior Intructor
Sensei Thomas Goldsmith-Ryan, Club Instructor, Bideford
Sensei Jordan Nigel Budd, Club Instructor, Barnstaple
